A hivatásos zenész, szenvedélyes pecás, amatőr természetbúvár és fanatikus tablet használó Varga Lívius egyáltalán nem az a zárkózott típus. Ám ahhoz, hogy használhassa a tabletjére letöltött különleges időutazás alkalmazást, el kell hagynia a civilizációt és néhány napra „be kell zárkóznia” a természetbe. Ideiglenes otthonait a Kárpátok magashegységi sziklavilágában, a Kárpát-medence egyik hatalmas tavának nádasaiban, valamint egy több száz éves faóriás lombjai között alakítja ki. A különleges alkalmazás segítségével ezekről a helyszínekről indul múltidéző utazásaira, hogy megpróbálja kinyomozni, ellesni és speciális kameráival rögzíteni, milyen lehetett a körülötte lévő élőhely évezredekkel korábban, milyen létezési trükköket, túlélési stratégiákat fejlesztettek ki az akkor és ma ott lakó élőlények.

The professional musician, passionate bobber, amateur naturalist and fanatic tablet user Livius Varga is not a withdrawn guy at all. To activate the brand new TIME-HOP application loaded onto his tablet he has to leave civilization behind and withdraw into nature. He creates his temporary “time capsule” homes under the rocky peaks of Carpathian Mountains (Part 1 HOLDING ON), among the reeds of one of the biggest lake of the Carpathian Basin (Part 2 IN BACKWASH), and in the canopy of a several hundred years old oak tree giant (Part 3 IN THE WOODS). His past-calling adventures always start by touching the button of the specific application. During his epic journeys he tries to trace, to peek and to capture with his special cameras the habitat having been existing around him some thousands years before. He is also concerned about learning the kind of tricks and survival strategies developed by the small and large creatures living there around that time and nowadays. Filming locations include Unesco World Heritage sites like caves of Aggtelek Karst, Hortobagy National Park: Primeval Beech Forests of the Carpathians, Lake Fertö (Neusiedler See) and some majestic landscapes like High Tatra Mountains: gorges in Transsylvania: River Danube and . One of the oldest Oak Tree of the Carpathian Basin in Transdanubia Gerecse Hills. The TIME-HOP application starts 15.000 years ago, on the top of the Carpathians – back at a time when it haltered a massive ice sheet – and ends well below ground level, in amazing caves of the area, in present times. The journey takes the viewer through every important period in the history of this landscape and habitats, teaching and entertaining at the same time.
